Player Acquisition Process

TheProjectScout's seasoned team of scouts and managers will carefully assess young, promising football talents who have caught their attention after a periood of careful watching. Following detailed statistical analysis and long observation processes, the team will select the players with the highest potential. Subsequently, they will engage in negotiations with both the players and their clubs.

Upon reaching an agreement, TheProjectScout will cover the player's transfer fee and gain the transfer decision-making authority, along with image rights, as outlined in the documents prepared by TheProjectScout's legal department.

In some cases, TheProjectScout may agree to pay the entire transfer fee. Alternatively, agreements can be made where a portion of the transfer fee remains with the player's current team, as long as the final transfer decision remains with TheProjectScout. TheProjectScout requires to have exclusive control over the future sales of the football players for whom it has acquired transfer rights from the clubs.
